Beautifully hand crafted 10” brute de forge chefs knife. Paired with black walnut and G10 handle sculpted in a modified coke bottle shape. W2 high carbon steel for that cutting superiority in the kitchen. Brass pin to mechanically fix the blade to the handle as well. Leather slipper to safely carry the knife around.
Blade features an “S” grind to aid in food release.
